Why do you even need tear on URF

Nobody can stack Tear on URF because nobody can spend mana. Just get something else.
tear only stacks when you spend mana or use an ability. since nobody spends mana in URF, the only way to stack tear is to spam your abilities. in short, RIP toggle abilities.
Getting tear in urf is pointless anyway. Just because singed's passive is there, doesn't mean you have to make use of it.
