I downvoted it because it's an insanely shitty idea. Not because I'm some phantom manipulator.
Having seen similar posts on this topic, this one doesn't seem downvote manipulated -- it just seems downvoted. While we encourage players to think about how they're using upvotes and downvotes, it's not actually mandatory to use them in the way we suggest. At this time we do not lock votes on request.
Are you sure it's manipulation? Tons of threads get downvoted for seemingly no reason, but with a title and contents like that, people are bound to just blindly disagree and move on. Not saying I agree, but people do that in waves on the Boards.
FWIW I thought you had a decent proposal, but I honestly don't think it's vote manipulation.

Yeah, you're not being downvote manipulated. Considering how many people hit "No" on your survey, I'd say that people just disagree.
While I'm not for downvoting things I disagree with, I don't think your argument is very strong and is largely based off personal opinion and experience, something nobody else can sympathize with if you're asking for something that can easily be manipulated to ruin games.
