suggestion: giving more players access to boards to voice opinions

I often hear from both boards users and rioters that many players don't use boards or even know that it exists and i had a thought maybe they could add the ability to browse the entire league of legends website into the client itself? it would be a hard locked browser that could only visit leagues pages and clicking on any links would just open up your actual browser if it lead out of leagues website.

I know such a thing might stress low end users so maybe make it something you can turn off or is automatically disabled on low spec mode?
