Board should be added for Feature Request / Wish List / Enhancement Suggestion

I don't see where a user can make a suggestion for an enhancement or feature request. there are things that the system could be lacking or just something that could improve user experience.

These are not Bugs and shouldn't be mixed in with them. For example this very suggestion is not a bug but an enhancement. There are similar issues on the clients that could be improved, but there is no clearly designated place to communicate them to Dev team.
