Let Posters pin people's comments in memes and games?
Figure if someone makes a really funny joke that the OP notices say 5 pages further back they should be able to pin it.

That's a cool idea, but I don't believe we can actually enable the pinning comment as a distinct thing from moderation powers -- and clearly we can't just toss those to everyone. :P
Could always make something separate perhaps? A "sticker" system? Takes less priority than pins that only mods can have but more priority over the rest that have no stickers.
