Ever heard of Equality?

So on another Acc i got my Content removed for responding to a hateful Guy saying "maybe you have a dogshit computer"

My Content was "maybe you have a dogshit Brain"

If this didn't get removed because of the Dogshit part then why is saying "maybe you have a Brain" verbal abusive? My Dogshit Comment got deleted and i recieved a 7day Ban His Dogshit Comment is still there and he didn't get any Penalty #RitoHasNoEquality
