Redemption Bug

When i hover over Redemption in Shop it says "+200hp +0 Armor +0 Magic Resist"
Also is it true what the description says ? +15 Health Regen/5 Seconds for allied Minions?

Had the same issue today was very confused and showed this exact image!
It also gives cd,but it dosent say
And i think you can use it while you are dead.
