Delete posts with 10 downvotes.

People come onto the boards to spam posts with downvotes. And the people that post don't like it because then their post gets more recognition and more people getting triggered at them. If people see this one, they will downvote it. Just have posts with 10+ downvotes removed because what's the point in keeping a post up that everyone gets triggered about?
