Just switch from "mobile" to "full site" on your phone. You should have no issues posting stickers on any board. The mobile version is all sorts of wonky still and I never use it, always use "full site"
It’s part of the New Boards Changes(TM) Wuks is rolling out. It’s on a few sub boards right now, but will eventually make it to most if not all sub-boards :)
