[2/18/19 - Resolved] Issues with Boards "Hot" Sorting

Hi all,

We are currently aware of issues pertaining to sorting sub-boards/Boards home by "Hot" threads. The appropriate team has been made aware of this issue and are investigating. As always, thank you for your patience as we work to resolve this issue.

Latest [2/18/19 - 12:07PM PST] At 5:24AM, I received confirmation that this and another internal issue were both resolved. With this latest update, it does seem like the resolution is persisting. As usual, we will continue to monitor the situation to ensure that the issue does not return. Thank you all for your patience.

[2/16/19 - 11:13PM PST] A manual process allows us to refresh the Hot sort, but the solution does not persist until the next manual refresh. As of now, the issue is still on-going.

[2/15/19 - 6:02PM PST] We've been able to verify that the issue is once again on-going and are looking to identify the source of the issue to apply a more permanent fix.

[2/15/19 - 4:48PM PST] The issue appears to have been resolved; however, we are watching to see if the issue returns again.
