Looks like it was just a mistake. It's something that can occasionally happen when dealing with multiple posts. Rest assured, this specific violation (the other persons) won't be counted towards you in any way.
That being said, the comment of yours that was deleted was still something inappropriate and not fit for the boards, so it's something that will stay deleted. You aren't in trouble for the specific offending comment, but multiple instances of that nature could lead to further action being taken. Do your best to avoid making any comments with political /social issue implications and you'll be fine.
Make sure you're familiar with the Universal Rules so you can avoid this mess in the future >.<.
What did you get punished for?
And you should send a ticket to riot support, they won't be able to help you here on the forums
