Not only is he naming and shaming hes calling basically everyone who doesnt immediately agree with his witchhunt including myself a bigot (except spelling it wrong on purpose so he doesnt get caught)

I was only able to find one name on NA and one name on OCE that start with "Slaytheb" and neither are the one under discussion. It can't really be name-and-shame if you're unable to locate the target.
The rest of that conversation appears to be a simple disagreement with the OP.
Good afternoon, as I mentioned below, the name no longer appears in the moderation tools. I left it in the original thread because there is some moderator discretion with regard to naming and shaming and, as it appeared the name had already been changed, I felt it offered an example of how Riot addresses hate speech and inappropriate names. Given how the clients, boards, APIs and the moderation tools all interact/update, there isn't any evidence Riot hasn't actioned that name.
That aside, the objections seem to be more about the reasoning in that thread than the name itself, so I will not be moderating any of the posts, but I have redacted the name so it no longer serves as a distraction.
