Saying someone is crying when he come to talk about his punishment is insult !!!

why am i a jerk if i tell to someone, that it is rude to tell people that they are crying, when they come to complain about their punishment??? How am I jerk in that situation??? If you mods do not approve peoples complaint on their punishments ,that does not mean you should allow others to be mean to them !!!
