why there is no one responding to tickets

I send couple tickets and no one respond for days...anyone know why???

Do you send multiple tickets or are you bumping a single ticket via reply?

If multiple tickets in a short span, they may have marked you as spam.

If bumping, you are sending your ticket to the back of the line.

It takes a few days and it is a holiday weekend in NA so they may take a little longer.

it takes a few days. you gotta remember that there are probably thousands of tickets per day.
