Static shiv,phantom dancer sejuany 1 15 in promo game
Second promo game...Sejuany run it down 1 15 building static shiv and phantom dancer,what you think is it for ban???

Looking at kill map, most of the sej deaths are in her own jungle and river (only 1 death is in the enemy blue side of the jungle). There are 2 deaths (one at enemy bot turret and one at enemy top turret) that looks suspiciously inting at 3 minute mark and 9 minute mark. She didn't sell her items and buy mobi, shiv, dancer until the 16 minute mark, but all the deaths after that look like she died at objectives or team fight and doesn't jump out at me like inting. She has a total of 3 "lane deaths" out of 15 (2 at enemy turrets, 1 at your own turret at minute 11 that looks like she got turret dove).
The death at bot (3 minute) and top (9 minute) definitely look like inting from my point of view (not sure if failed turret dive, don't have replay, but let's go with inting for now) and selling all her items for "movement speed" does look trolly, but her kill map doesn't look like run it down other than the 2 early deaths that do look like running it down (or failed dives).
Without seeing replay, there could be doubts about that game. shrug
definitely forcing a loss, submit replay to play support.
Submit a ticket with videos of said inting to player support. They should help you out :) Posting it here doesn't actually do anything
