You absolutely can express it. You just need to do so with a well-reasoned post rather than with a downvote.
It's also completely opt-in. If you don't like the Gameplay+ format, Gameplay still exists. It's our attempt to reconcile the community that likes Gameplay as it is with the community that wants us to actively curate threads that aren't being used for analytical discussion. There's no promise that Gameplay+ means a better discussion than Gameplay for your thread -- just that it's a different environment aimed at a certain style of discussion.

That's it. While that might be a conversation starter on Gameplay - which is where it was suggested you repost it - it falls well short of our expectations on analysis.
This post feels more like the OP just trying to create conflict with board moderators.
