So this is an odd one -- it looks like the removal was a post of yours that simply copied and pasted the Riot comment in question, which was removed without a strike against you for spam, as it seemed like a pointless copy/paste in it's entirety.

Unless I had a run in with the Men in Black, I'm pretty sure that's not what happened because why would I waste time copy and pasting a comment onto the same post (unless it was for some Memes and Games shenanigans, but this is Gameplay)? Although I can't remember commenting anything on that post, I'm positive I didn't comment that.

I suspect someone in charge was pulling an all-nighter and ended up selecting the Rioter's comment instead of mine and sending it in a notification to me. Can the system allow a mistake like that?

Regardless, unless there's some unmentioned penalty for the "ghost comment" I'm not mad, I'm just confused.

Nope. It only sends the deletion to the individual whose comment was deleted, and it would never send a message and NOT delete the comment. Hence why I'm a bit confused, 'cause I definitely see a deleted comment of yours, and that is the exact content the backend is saying the content had. Weird.

Two of the comments in that thread mirrored what the Rioter had posted. Maybe you had intended to be informative, and just didn't see that the Rioter had posted it until sometime after you had.

If you didn't post that comment, then what did you post? Because when I saw it, it had mirrored the Rioter's comment.
