Why Not Impliment Boards Into The Client?

As we all know, there are many who try and take part with quite a few Boards of Discussion(s), which in many cases, I have heard that it has helped many. But the major thing I've commonly seen with it's popularity is how many don't know that this even exists or care to even take part of. Honestly, I believe if this were to implemented as a part of the forever expanding client, it would grant a giant role in positively molding and changing league into a better community of players, gameplay, and even champion "upgrades" for developers to keep an open mind to and even possibly implement into a new or reworked champion. All I am saying is that, adding this into the client would only create positive reinforcement to player base, development, community, and even a place where developers can eyeball things to "Nerf" and or "Buff" just as well as new and interchangeable items within the game.
