@KnightsKemplar/@Ulanopo or any Mod, about my ban/G+ post.

Hey,

I've tried to contact you guys on discord but the time difference makes it hard to be online at the same time so i thought getting in touch with you guys via boards would be a little bit more easy, so here i am. I just recently got a suspension for 24 hours, reasoning behind my suspension:

If you thought the other poster properly refuted the post, you could just have left it at that, rather than engaging in some insults and rank shaming. As a result of your actions and because of the number of recent removals on your account, we have decided to suspend your Boards account for 24 hours.

.

First: Have ever wondered why you dont see any post like these past G3+ ELO? Just think about it, i wont give any hints, ppl already pointed out, namely:TrueMortalV2.

First of all i dont think that this is rank shaming in any ways. Mentioning any kind of rank in any situtation (in my experience) is almost always viwed as rank shaming. But thats besides my point. I can see why my comment would have been altered-deleting this sentence- but not outright deleted as a whole, when it was otherwise an educational comment. Once again this is highly besides my main point. im just curious.

The true reason why i am here is the second part of the reasoning:

and because of the number of recent removals on your account,

Now, yes, i did have some "Your content has been removed" notification in the past, im sure you guys can check that out. BUT the last one that i got for not following the boards rules was almost 3(!!!) months ago. The last 6-7 "Your content has been removed" notifications that i got because i was trying to get a post into Gameplay+. It is beyond me that how could have those G+ submission "Your content has been removed" notifications affect me in a way that i get a suspension of any kind or be a reasoning for it. Or getting a suspension just for this comment is a bit hars in my oppinion. So whats the deal with this G+ "Your content has been removed" notifications? They shouldnt count as a red flag to my boards accounts in any ways.

On another note on behalf of my G+ submission: How should i alter the post to meet criteria for G+? This is the 7th iteration that ive submitted and always tried to make sure that i fixed the problems that you guys pointed out. I have no idea how this post: https://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/gameplay-plus/NItEOAMb-with-liandrys-getting-buffed-brand-really-needs-to-be-tuned can get into G+ witch is a genuen complaint about a champ, offering no solution to a problem, just points out something with some numbers behind it and, me whos spent around 5 hours perfecting my post gets denied for the 7th time, with reasons that its either too long, or the next time when i cut out some parts to make it less of a rent, not detailed enough. I cant have enough details and make a post like this a short one, when im talking about a whole roles problems and fixes to said problems.

Cheers: Tom [katarina-love]

Im not gonna go into other reasons why this post is completely wrong and uterly useless TrueMortalV2 already did it.

G+ posts are moderated more strictly than regular posts. While this isn't the worst rank-shaming ever, it still makes the argument that the author wouldn't have made the post if they were of whatever you consider "sufficient" rank. As was mentioned in the moderation notes, you could very easily have left out any reference to rank, as it was in no way germane to your attempt to rebut the OP.

Further, "completely wrong and uterly [sic] useless" is functionally an insult to the OP.

Now, yes, i did have some "Your content has been removed" notification in the past, im sure you guys can check that out.

You had one removal in June. You had six removals in July on the 24th and 25th. Almost all of these were for a combination of rank-shaming and calling people stupid, which is exactly the issue in this action. You received a 24-hour because you were continuing behavior that is not acceptable on the Boards.

I'll comment here just so you know I saw it, TomiMan. I don't have anything substantial to add to what Ulan said.

The G+ removals did not influence the decision. You would have been banned the same amount if you never submitted anything to G+.
