Oh I can see it now. shining in gold and sapphire. With his hair flowing through the wind as he stands atop a mass or armored bodies with shards stabbing through their armor. The art work should also showcase his aura ultimate causing the winds as he has his mallet to the sky. I want this to be our Victorious skin!

Every time riot made a victorious skin about most played, most victorius, and probably between new champion I think, similar championiship skin. So believe in victorius yasuo, aatrox, kayle, shyvana...
