Please address this, Riot. I'm desperate. (Olaf)

I posted this almost a month ago in General Discussion, and it hasn't gotten any response from Riot (sitting at 220+ up votes, and 30+ pages). Someone suggested that I post it here.

I don't know if this is necessarily against the Forum CoD, but I'll see how it goes.

Please, Riot. A lot of people are passionate about Olaf and want to see him addressed.
