Karma needs to be changed.

Just wanna say I looooved karma before her change, and also the ability changes i suggest are near the bottom. Plus i want her to have a new model + revert her theme to monochromatic black woman.

With all these champions being reworked now, and riots goal is to preserve their essence. Its really unfair for every karma player there was before her murder.

Because thats what it was, Karma the duchess of ionia was murdered, and a new champion named karma has replaced her. Her archetype is my alltime favourite, black chick mage with a monochromatic theme.

She was black, i remember the day she was released i asked a riot member i had on my friendlist if she was black and he said yeah. Now you guys made her into this amazonian east indian. If the theme didnt work, why give it to lucian? the theme works, and i want it back as her default... please.

I want her to have a new model with each skin having new particles. She hasnt got any of that, all her particles are the same for each skin, and she actually HASNT got a new skin at all since she was released. NOT EVEN NEW SPLASH ART

What i dont like about her model is when she casts q she spreads her legs like a huge backfire, it looks really awkward if you view it in a modelviewer. I dont like her hair in her traditional skin, it reminds me of a horses tail. and it looks like she has hooves.

I dont like her sakura skin wardrobe.

Now onto abilities, I realllllyyy want her to be casting with fans in her hands. I want her mantra to have two charges once again. Mantra+ shield is REALLLLYYYYY lackluster and mantra+tether's range is so easily broken.

And i want her mantra q to push all minions back into the proc but it still stops at hitting a big monster or champion.

If you wont give her two charges then i want damage on her mantra shield to be increased and have it scale. And the damage on her tether NEEDS to have an aoe effect like a shadowpriests mind sear from wow. I still want mantra q to push all minions back til it hits a champion or big monster.

I too loved old Karma. While I did not main her Summoner's Rift, I did amin Karma when I was first learning the game on Twisted Treeline (the old version). I even won a few ranked games with her as support.

That said, Riot has spoken repeatedly that the old Karma is not coming back. No matter how much you ask, it won't be happening. There were valid balancing and kit focus issues that kept her from ever getting the attention she deserved. Continuing to live in the past and reject change won't get us anywhere.

Her fans: They are in her dance. I'd like to see they be her attacks, but I'm ok with how it is. Riot did say they might show up in a new Fan Focused champion later on. (I hope so.)

Mantra charges: While useful, I think the new version really works out better. Though it's rough that she relies so heavily on her upgraded skills (her kit without them is weak), which makes it painful as a player if you find yourself without the Mantra. The thing is, that should happen sometimes. Ultimates should be something you occasionally regret having used early or not having used sooner.

Her Q: I don't get what you are saying about the minions. I wish her kit wasn't so prone to minion blocking (only Ezreal has a similar level of struggle with that and he has his jump to help with it), but I don't see how your suggestion would deal with that. Outside of that, her q seems fairly decent, though the Champion hit area being equally small relative to minions is a bit annoying, especially if you look at Morgana's Q...

Her E: Karma's regular shield is in a good place. However, I feel the Mantra'd Q is not the right design. With the plethora of potential effect (full team shield+speed+damage enemy team/minions) it is hard to say it should be buffed, but the extreme rarity of full potential means it plays out as weak. Relative to its paper stats. I would like a tweak to what it does replacing the team shield (but not speed) with some additional benefit for the direct target (say cc immunity for speed duration or higher shield).

Her W: The tether length is a bit short and I feel the no minion restriction is excessive especially since there is no ally cast option. It's ok that there are good counter-play potential for it to be broken, but it should have a greater gain for landing that full tether. For instance it is ridiculous that it only roots instead of a full stun, especially seeing as any other delayed effect of that sort is stun or suppression (that I know of). Personally, I don't want the tether to be aoe, it really is a one target themed skill. (Though I would love a new Champ to have her old walk through damages effect with a beam or tether.)

I love Karma's Sakura skin. Leave it be. You don't have to like all of them, that's why there are choices. Nonetheless, it would be great if we could get a new skin and particles. She's been around for years and "Traditional" plus new default skin don't count. One redon skin is hardly reward for having stuck with her through no attention then complete change.

She was always more an Asian theme than an African theme (she's Ionian after all), so breaking away from the black/white strict contrast makes sense. Plus, you can still use the Traditional Skin seeing as you had the old Karma (she was never free week back then, so you would have to own old Karma to know how she plays).

In terms of her leg movement etc. I believe they based her actions at least a little on martial arts moves. When pushing with your hands you want to have a good stance. However, I agree that her hair style seems poorly orchestrated. It does not read well in her model except in one or two angles that you usually don't see.
