Still likely has the highest DPS in the game, her ultimate is probably the scariest counter-engage tool in the game, and she has absolutely over the top AP ratios. Lategame, hell. Lategame a single Q does about as much as a Teemo shroom, has 850 range, costs nothing for cassio to spam (her kits based on nonstop ability spam... Actually, if you're not spamming you're more likely to run out of mana.
The reason she is underplayed is because she is not only extremely mechanically and mentally challenging to play. (I can't remember what pro said it, but a while back he mentioned, that Cassio was straight up OP, but she was "way too much work" to play) She also ran into the issue that she was particularly vulnerable during the Kassadin/Katarina/Fizz/Talon/Lee Sin/Lux era last year. Spammable shields and long silences are her weakness. (Or gap closers plus CC)
Soraka thrives in an era of champions like Lee Sin, Yasuo, Zed, Khazix, etc. Bursty, high damage AD champions with a reliance on rapid combos are what she destroys better then anything else. She punishes champions for trying to assassinate. She builds tanky and CDR heavy to make certain that she can't be easily bursted. She enjoys a global taunt and the incredibly frustrating power to turn the flashiest, sexiest combo into a trash. Nothing is quite as infuriating as watching a Zed pull off a beautiful gank, slap his ultimate onto someone, get silenced under a tower for 2.5 seconds and die while trying to shadowstep away, and suddenly the target at a quarter health with a death mark on it...survives the mark's explosion and barely takes any damage as they suddenly are healed for over 400 Hp and have 110+ armor. She is one of the most frustrating counter-engage champions in the game and will make people scream in frustration. (Also the ability to reduce just about anyone's magic resist to the negatives)
She's not played because she isn't that good of an early game support. Her power comes in the mid-late game and in counter engaging. She's hard to fit into a team comp and often functions better as a solo laner, usually in top lane.
Twitch has allot of power. I do mean allot. Through his ultimate he can make a Miss Fortune's ultimate look like it does relatively low damage to a huddled group of clustered enemies. Moreover, his ult scales better then auto attacks, and scales off everything his auto attacks scale off of. AS? Check. Crits? Check. Ad? Check. Hell. it proqs lifesteal off anyone it hits. Moreover, with his ultimate he can attack turrets without them being able to shoot back. He also has a very longe ranged AoE slow, a MS boost, invisibility, a rather good AS steroid and what ends up functioning as a 1200 range AoE execute that doesn't need line of sight and can kill champions in untargetable states. (Nothing quite as funny as killing an Elise mid-rappel)
He's not played simply because honestly? He's old. He's a bit awkward, and his laning isn't the strongest. Moreover, he lacks a reliable escape. Ambush is a great escape, but it can't be used in combat. You simply need to play more careful as Twitch.
Going to be brief on this. Warwick has one of the most powerful peels in the game. He can be 0/10/5 and instantly lock down an assassin, has an AoE reveal that costs no mana and is constantly exposing any champion below 50% health to your entire team, he has a %HP ranged attack thats both spammable and and has no animation delay and he has the most valuable skill in the game, his W. Which can apply a 40% teamwide attack speed buff permanently.
He's not played because people think he's a jungler, he's ugly, old and not 'interesting' to play.
Galio
is a very underrated champion, and you rarely see any play with her. She was built as a mid laner and a TOP laner, and you RARELY see her top. Her passive (free spell every 18 seconds) is free early game harass, not to mention you're not behind if you use your E as your free spell to avoid a gank.
Her Q is really something special. Using the Q to hit minions so the shards that break off hit your enemy is an easy concept - she's protected by her minions, you're pushing your lane, and getting a free hit on your opponent. Her Q has a short cool down late game, and it does a nice chunk of damage.
Her E is maxed last, but it actually does more damage than her Q or W! Most use this to engage, which can work, but you're wasting a her best damaging spell (excluding her ult) only to almost kill someone, and watch them get away. Using her E at close range to hit, then activate again to re-position and Q, ult, lockdown with W, followed by another Q should get the job done.
She truly shines in gank potential and team fights. She is a UTILITY MAGE. Most players get frustrated with Lissandra because she has incredibly high cool downs for 75% of her kit, and because her AP Ratios aren't incredibly high. Unless you build High AP items, you can't burst down anyone, and therefore they become upset and say she's a bad champion.
She is really built as a team fight focus champion. She is supposed to lock down threats and parade around the team fight with her E, then locking down the right threat and using her ult to render them useless for important parts of the team fight.
Another effective tactic is flashing (NOT Eing) into a fight, W to root, then ulting herself. When she ults herself, the AOE damage from her ultimate is applied instantly, rather than later - sometimes ulting one champion out of the teamfight isn't the smartest idea, as your AOE damage potential is lost and wasted on one champion.
All in all, I'm hoping she'll see a lot more play. You have to be patient to master Lissandra.

Karma is one of the least played champs in the game (not including URF) im not sure why because she is such an amazing champion with a great kit for mid and support. The meta I use with her is mid and full build I can 1 shot a champ with just her W so I think she is kinda over powered. try her!
In toplane, lissandra, aatrox, zac, rumble, quinn, tryndamere. In jungle, elise (actually), aatrox, rammus. In mid, quinn, yasuo, malzahar. In bot, miss fortune, sona, nami.
