Draven Passive

Draven passive gain 1 per kill and 1 per catch his Q,Put he must be like veiger,sion and nasus they gain 1 per kill and nasus gain 3 but they gain the double if they killed a large monster or large minion,So i think his passive should gain 1 per kill and double that if he killed a large monster or large minion and 1 per catch.
