Zarkkast1 votesFrost Queen AKA Janna's best skin.
Funster1 votesHextech really doesn't look that great...
Roguestoney1 votesForecast Janna!!!! But from the options you have presented Frost Queen is the way to go :^)
Serpents Embrace1 votesI have Frost Queen and love it.
I'd definitely get it, especially if you love owls. :)
EDIT: I also use Frost Queen more than my Victorious Janna skin, so...
Quacker21 votesI own both actually and frost queen is the way to go. The hextech skin has little differences in game. Frost queen has a blue tornado and misty shield. Monsoon jas snowflakes too. I personally dont favor forecast as much. I think it feels more laggy than her other skins, the cloud thing is lame, and her voice will drive you nuts. Regret getting forecast. Frost for the win!
