Lissandra, Syndra, Or Rengar? (solo Q)
Which one should I buy? What is each good at? I want to buy my next 6300 ip champion, and I saw Lissandra was going on sale, but the others are also fun... idk who to buy!

It kinda depends on you. I'll just speak to me:
I take a long time to pick up champion mechanics. I'm talking a LONG time. I only learned basic adc mechanics (aa canceling/orb walking) recently (I'm at ~550 normal wins) - before that, I'd smurfed to try to learn adc, and at lvl 7, tryharded AND fed. I was that bad.
That being said, it's important to me to play champs with versatility. Because I have a small champ pool, my champs all need to be able to take multiple roles. So I play Anivia (top/mid/supp), Diana (top/mid/jg), Karma (anywhere), and Soraka (top/mid/supp) as my core champs, with a few other champs I can do OK on in other lanes.
Back to the point: Liss can be a good mid, top, or support. I've even taken her jungle before, where she does well after her first clear, which is pretty rough (you need to go 15-15-0 instead of 21-9-0, unless you intend to invite getting shat on by the other jungler).
