Kha'Zix, the bug with no skins. (and why he should have them)

I'm sure we're all familiar with our big purple TerrorBug. Having been a popular pick for quite some time, he's made quite an impression recently. Love or hate, we all know him, but there's something off about him, something only one other champion has been released over a year ago without a new skin so far. (Nami), and even she was released after Kha'Zix. With the upcoming Blade Queen Lissandra on rapid approach, I can't help but feel one of the most influential champions as of late is being left out and ignored. I think I may understand why this is, I think i'll dub it "Udyr Syndrome." What is Udyr Syndrome? Well, When SGU Udyr was released, many felt outraged, that it was just a "20 dollar Visual update", that this skin should've been the Visual update base Udyr needed. Well, the problem with Udyr was that his kit is based around stances, these stances change the textures ( the model too, in SGU's case) to show which stance he is in.

Why is this a problem? Riot getting involved in a VU like that would be a huge undertaking, they would have to create seperate models for all 4 stances for all 3 of his skins totalling in 24 total different models for Riot to work on, ergo, Udyr has too much "model" in him for him to be viable for a VU instead of an ultimate skin.

Now where does Kha'Zix fit into this? Well, accounting for all 4 evolutions assuming The Hunt Is On challenge is victorious in Kha'Zix's favor, he has 40 different models to account for, nearly double that of Udyr's total model count for all 3 of his skins had the VU taken place. That is a lot of work for Riot to undertake, so he has a sort of advanced case of "Udyr Syndrome." meaning his skins will be few and far between, with generally high prices between them (almost all would have to be 1350 or more in price.) I understand how much work a skin for the bug would be a massive undertaking, but think of everywhere you could take this champion! most Void Champions (excluding our new friend Velkoz) have Water Themed skins, A Deep Terror Kha'Zix would not go wrong. You could do Deathblossom Kha'Zix, modelled after the adaptive camouflage the Orchid Mantis have adopted to hide themselves from view. There's so much potential for skins in this champion, It'd be a waste NOT to give him a skin.

Let´s spitball ideas! FMJ KZ - Has saw-blades for sythes and metal rocket wings or something and shoots sawblades.

Justicar KZ - Make kz look justicar with like yellow and such.

Special ops KZ - Give him some active camo and maybe his rockets are bullets and his arms are more like knives, idk...

OMG a great skin would be an "other world" Khazix or something that can resemble a Xenomorph from Aliens. Or am i the only that thinks he looks like that?

IIRC He's the oldest champion in the whole game without a 3rd skin, now that syndra and Rengar are getting their 3rd ones.

Zed, Vi, Elise, and Thresh all got skins before him. (Though granted Zed, Elise, and Thresh all had to do with Season 3 and their impact in it and such)

Honestly, I love my bug so much I'd buy a green recolor with a single pokemon joke. He's got a ton of potential, and while Mecha Kha'zix is a great skin, variety and personal style choices would be nice to see.

It would probably be a lot of work, as OP pointed out, for the reasons OP pointed out, but I think that means it also has alot of space to be amazing. Every single Evolution already has an iconic feel to me, and a huge visual impression. A no-wing evo dark-hided kha'zix running around a teamfight in stealth just feels like a cockroachy turtley type thing, and then when these great big wings appear you just expect him to FLY, then he does, and it looks spectacular. When he goes from those little claws into massive blades and he just arcs them down on somethings head it's a huge satisfying chunk of health and (at least on Mecha skin) explosion.

I feel like all these very unique visuals that tie into the style of how he's played gives a ton of room to make something really amazing.

I dunno, I'm not great at expressing my ideas all the time, so I'm not sure how, but I'm sure there's a very impressive way to show that this bug has managed to go through so many playstyles and looks in both his whole lifecycle in the game and his life in a single game.
