Yup that's right Rito nerfed Leblanc's spell appearances. Her Chain looks more of a grey tint now instead of gold. And her mark on where she can blink back to, lost it's original pattern. Small stuff, but I liked them before. http://www.surrenderat20.net/2014/06/617-pbe-update.html

Lol well yes that! But I mean in the next patch also they are gonna nerf her again, cosmetically. =/
