Riot- You must agree that you failed with the Skarner rework

Now I don't want to make this another rage post or anything, but you really must agree that the Skarner rework was a major failure on your part. Now why it was bad is mostly based on the fact that you made him just boring and extremely unrewarding to play as. Now I know the rework was focused on mainly just removing the perma-slow to add counterplay, but in this you took away one of his only 2 main unique aspects (the other being his ult).

Now my reason for making this isn't just to rage at you, but to see what your explanation is for how that rework was complete when you are still doing major changes to him afterward. If that rework was actually done successfully shouldn't it have been at a point where it would only need minor changes after if at all. How could you call it complete if you still are doing major changes to him, wouldn't these have been unneeded.

dunno, i really like the current skarner...he´s damn fast which creates a lot of outplay potential, especially on the makro lvl. The ult could maybe be a bit more relayable(a little more castrange would do), but that´s about all the problems there are right now. Just give him a fair chance (and by fair i mean...don´t jungle him like you would elise or kha, more like a shyvana with stronger gank/countergankpotential on overextended lanes).

Removing permaslow was part of the goal of the rework. It's not a good unique aspect to have. Riot admits the rework didn't go well, and so they're working on it. Skarner should be getting more changes within another patch or two. The rework isn't complete, and I'm not sure where you're getting that they said it was.
