When is the Singed VU coming out?

Riot, we know it's been worked on. We saw the Heimer update months before you came out with it. Released with the Heimer picture was a picture of the Singed VU.

Will it be done soon? I'd love to get pizza feet off the rift, especially for what was seen. It looked great.
