Are the auto attack issues on Kalista and Riven being worked on?

I personally haven't experienced them as I haven't played ether champion since 6.20 but I've heard many talk about how Kalista's passive dashes don't work a lot of the time as well as Riven being able to animation cancel quicker then she's supposed to and was just wondering if work is being done to fix both of these problems.
