For some reason I having problems logging into NA servers. It either fails and retries multiple times or it takes forever to log in. This is first time I have this issue... usually no problems.
However I also have a EUW account and I have 0 problems with that. Therefore something is up with NA servers.
Using Comast IP from Seattle area... never have problems usually and 20-25ms connection.

I actually have the same problem. It's been happening for a while now for me. For a few weeks now, I've been re-logging over and over until it works. However I get impatient and it becomes annoying.
Ye i am also having this problem and i dont know what is causing it. Hopefully we can get some answers.
Update 5.2:
Still having same problems... and again not having any issues EUW side but having problems login with NA servers.
....again it is happening... Cannot login anymore at all this time.
It happens to me too, it comes and goes as it pleases, as it can log on in the 1st try ot up to the 5th or 6th, quite annoying honestly.
