I've been playing Sion on and off for months now ever since his rework, and at some point which I can't really figure out, I think it's after his in combat lines play, his emotes stop playing voice lines until I die again.
This bug's been around for months and it really sucks since otherwise Sion would have some of the best BM in the game.
Yea, I have the glitch too. Probably the others can hear it, not us.
It's almost seems as though Riot doesn't play Sion themselves..

I'm unable to get a repro on this one.
One thing that may be the case here is that one line of VO isn't playing because the last line of VO is in progress. For example, this happens a lot on Reaper Soraka because her processed VO lines trail off. So, if I taunt with 'Do you always fight so poorly' and immediately try to laugh, you'll only see the laugh animation because the previous line of VO hasn't completed. Does that make sense?
If that's not the case, we can dig a bit more and see if there's something else causing the issue.
