I've been playing Sion on and off for months now ever since his rework, and at some point which I can't really figure out, I think it's after his in combat lines play, his emotes stop playing voice lines until I die again.
This bug's been around for months and it really sucks since otherwise Sion would have some of the best BM in the game.

Wyrmblade1 votesI played him top last game and he was surprisingly decent. I know a lot of people are saying to play him jungle nowadays, but even if you use his W right it isn't that good. He doesn't get to kill as many minions to stack his W passive and his harass early on in top lane with Q is surprisingly good since most champions don't have boots or a mobility spell by then to get out of the way. I think they should just revert the shield nerf and he'll be fine.

I'm unable to get a repro on this one.
One thing that may be the case here is that one line of VO isn't playing because the last line of VO is in progress. For example, this happens a lot on Reaper Soraka because her processed VO lines trail off. So, if I taunt with 'Do you always fight so poorly' and immediately try to laugh, you'll only see the laugh animation because the previous line of VO hasn't completed. Does that make sense?
If that's not the case, we can dig a bit more and see if there's something else causing the issue.
Wyrmblade1 votesI just played a custom game with him, and when I went into combat with another champion, I stopped being able to use emotes, it didn't matter if he was already saying a different line or if I was attacking something, he wouldn't play any lines until about ten seconds after combat ended. I don't know much, but I think the problem is that since he has special lines for how long he's fighting, he goes into a different mode or something, and that mode doesn't include the emote lines.

Edit: Aha! You're right- this does occur if he's recently been in combat. It lasts for ~9 seconds. Going to poke Champion about this. :]
