game crashes at the exact moment of almost all my victories

im not sure where exactly the problem is for this, but almost every time I get a victory recently the game crashes at the exact moment and brings me to the whole reload thing like it normally does when you dc. I click it, and after a minute it tells me I cant connect and asks me if I want to try again. I click cancel and THEN it finally takes me to the end game chat.
