I did just complete a full game on summoner's rift blind pick as , and did not receive the skin, do i receive the skin post event?

Riot gives them out on August 10th at the end of the event.

i didnt either my friend got him and i didnt get him... i boufght gangplank just because of this reason of a free skin and played already 6 games with him coop 5v5 .. 5v5 online... twisted tree line .... dominion i tried everything and didnt get it.... i played on 7th august and 8 and 9 and even in day 10... i didnt get it...
