Invisible Players, Rubber Banding, Invisible Ability Animations including Tibbers

So last couple days, I been getting rubber banding on my champ. And just recently starting today, players become invis. I played against a Jax who everytime he was attacking me he was invis until I was about to die. Annie spawns Tibbers and he was invis until I was hit by him, Viegar in the game used his R and 3 times out of the game it was invisible to me.

My ping was 54, my frames were solid 60, it is not system as I have 32gb Dominator Ram and SLI 660 Ti Video Cards on an i7 unlocked, dual ssd. Fresh install last week, only updates, League and my Graphics Drivers on this SSD OS.

internet is 100mbps. This happened in Aram, made the game unplayable. Made team fights a bitch, ppl kept vanishing and I was rubber banded throughout.
