[CRASH] Dropping Vision Wards Into Akali Shroud Crashes Client

On 2 separate occasions in a single game, when I dropped a pink ward into the Akali shroud, my client IMMEDIATELY crashed. Admittedly I was moderately panicked when I dropped the ward both times...I may have pressed a few nearby keys when I made the drop...but on both occasions the game crashed, and the Bugsplat window appeared. I was in a rush to return to the teamfight so I quickly closed and reloaded both times.

These 2 crashes cost my team the game. Not that this is the most important part, of course. Vision wards are the main counter to a fed Akali. If anything surrounding their placement can cause a crash, it needs to be figured out, because it's game-breaking.
