INGAME MOUSE NOT WORKING HELP

Updated to 8.3 today like everyone else and loaded into the practice tool to try out swain but while it was loading I noticed I had the default windows cursor unlike the normal golden looking glove cursor, and when I loaded in it was still the windows cursor and would not allow me to click anything at all, I cant move, cant open shop, cant do anything. So I left the game and made a new game, but that as well had the issue, so I unplugged and replugged my mouse to see if that was the issue and it did not fix anything, so I used one my old mouses and still the same issue!

Something in 8.3 bugged my ingame mouse and I think the only way to fix is a complete reinstall which I do NOT want to do.

Anyone having the same issue/know of a fix?

COMPLETELY REINSTALLING IT FIXED THE ISSUE

go into settings for mouse under windows and make sure mose trails are disabled.

go to windows settings,select mouse, on the far right of the screen it will say additional settings select that.. the go to pointer options and make sure the box for mouse trails is NOT checked.

if it will not let you use your keyboard are we talking about a desktop or laptop ??? Is the keyboard wired or wireless ?

wish I hadn't disconnected my mouse from my comp cause full uninstall reinstall did nothing to fix my problem I even deleted my config file and repaired it. NOTHING still! HELP please?

i have this problem and i dont have discord overlay is off for all games.. how to fix it ? please HELP ASAP ! Soraka .If i press ALT + F4 and leave game and re-enter is worked but i lose a lot ..
