Is this a bug?

Hey,

so I noticed that Janna received some work on her particles and now the tornado from her Q “Howling Gale“ is lined up with her Starguardian skin. Since the tornado was somewhat more readable due to the extra stars on it and now she has similar particles on her other skins. Frostqueen Janna received some fitting snowflakes for her tornado, but I noticed that the snowflakes from her passive are gone now. I hope this is just a bug, since I can't really understand why you would remove them from her passive...now the passive is just a boring recolor from the classic skin.
