Chat bug

Recently something has been wrong with my client, my friends are constantly getting made at me for this. It will say that im offline while im messaging them, making a game while in a game, say im on mobile when im in champ select. Im not sure what the issue is, but it seems that whenever i actually log in to mobile, it says im online. please fix this because my friends cant ever invite me.
