Bug in login screen

Everytime i try to login, a security alert pops up that says either "revocation information for this site is not valid" or "the internet site that you are about to view uses a certificate that has expired or is not valid." When i click "continue anyways", it just pops up again. Is this a problem with Riot, My computer, or my internet?What do i do?
