[In-Game UI] Status frame of dead allies invisible

Little bug I just noticed playing Poro King and 3v3. Probably any map.

1. Click an allied champion portrait on the left side of the screen who is dead (waiting to respawn)

2. The stat and hp frame for that champion does not appear in the upper left corner of the screen. Their beneficial buffs do though below a non existent frame which would normally be there

I never noticed this before. Then again I never look at that frame. But if I were to guess it could have something to do with the new ui skin if this bug was not here before
