baron buff during normal recall does not empower that recall

so i noticed in my game last night then if you start recalling before baron dies when he dies you will get the baron buff but your recall will still be a normal recall (no sound effects or speeding up) and that in some cases its faster to cancel and restart your recall so that you get the baron empowered recall.

idk if this is intended or not
