Can't move because it's acting like I'm still on my desktop. I can't open the shop, upgrade abilities, ping, move, or tell my team what's going on. I'm just sitting there getting disconnected due to afk and reconnecting to see if the game fixes itself. I closed it, reopened it, relogged, ect. Nothing is fixing the problem. Has this happened to anyone else? This was my first game of the day so I don't know if League is having issues right now or not.

go into a practice tool match and see if it is still happening. If its your installation it should happen there as well.

Another thing is that you can report it to riot support and you will get direct help from a riot employee instead of people like me who are about as useful as an AT&T customer service representative from India.

It will take roughly 12-24 hours to get a response from riot (not talking about the automated one) so you might not have a fix today, but they will get to you and help you out. i've opened many tickets with them and as many people will say that they are useless they are actually pretty helpful.

I had this happen multiple times when I had problems with my internet, are you sure that this isn't possibly the problem? You should definitly try Rewt's solution and if that doesn't help you could also try the repair function of the client.
