Unable to purchase Rp because "denied by card issuer"

Almost everytime I try to purchase some RP, it keeps saying that my payment has been decline by the card issuer. I called my bank, and they say my account is still active, and the payment address has never been changed since it works perfectly fine before, and no I did not change my location.

Riot, please fix this bug of yours.
