warwicks ulti 5 mini hits do not charge rapidfire cannon extra fast (thankfully it fires the cannon tho)

ruunans charges rapidfure + shivv extra fast. and ruunans does extra " on hits" and warwicks ulti is 5 "on hits"

so. question. should warwicks 5 mini ulti hits charge rapidfire faster?

also. i guess warwicks ulti doesnt charge fervor fast too (i assume). i think fervor is "on attack" tho

WW Ult doesn't charge item 3094 because they aren't really counted AA's which is what's needed to charge RFC. And WW ult does stack fervor.

Generating stacks for Rapid Firecannon is considered an "on-attack" effect, so only actual basic attacks can generate stacks. Same with Statikk Shiv and Kircheis Shard.
