kindred isnt getting their stacks ?

i have noticed verry often that when playing kindred i often dont get my stacks

usualy when i start i mark the enemy jg ( hes most likely the first one on my path ) i go for the first camp and the second if i manage to kil the enemy jg somewhere in between im not getting stacks

i have had this bug multipile times where i noticed i should have 3/4 stacks already and i just have 2

this is not me marking them to late i have had this in situations where i already had targets marked before knowing i was meeting them killed them and stil didnt get the mark

please fix the mark bug
