Accepting for a game bug

This has happen once so far, I'll keep count and see if there's any connections that can cause this.
- I joined a game as usual in solo/duo rank
- Accepted it
- I'm in the game but this still on the screen and I don't see anything else moving behind.
- Wait for me to be kicked out just in case it was just this but
- it stayed anyways even after being kicked out of it for not selecting a champion prob.
This wasn't my first game as well, it was my second for today. I used the play again button to go into the lobby.
I hope you refund lp for client stuff like this since the last few patches have been full of bugs.
