Replay API/League Director environment and skybox

• Environment can't be toggled on and off.
• Skybox can't be be modified.

To reproduce the results you just need to take any replay from this patch and open League Director, before or after didn't seem to matter.

This might be Replay API related since it might has effected "Creator Suite" but this was my first installation, which means I might be wrong.

Edit: Well here's the answer, you just need to max settings and restart, it was kind of surprising because before I could do this with low settings but I guess not.
