How to duplicate it:

Wait a few secs for the timer to tick
Ctrl + Shift + P
Voila, the timer hasn't reset.

It comes with it's own side effects ofc, an example would be to wait for buffs to spawn, reset and watch how they pop up out of no where, not big deal for some but really big deal for me, who's practicing jungle clears and has to keep an eye on the timer and having buffs pop up puts me off.

Ofc this wasn't the case with last patch.

The other impact is that items you receive based on game-time (ie slightly magical boots) are given to you instantly. This definitely has greater impact than knowing the game time. But for me, the biggest impact was not being able to rinse/repeat cs practice and have a consistent goal (ie cs/10min).

This is still an issue. A simple issue that makes timing jungle clears slightly more tedious.

Yep, still an issue - and a really big one. The practice tool is meant to be helpful and not being able to time things such as jungle camps or setting goals for cs practice (which is the major intended uses for the tool in the first place) is kind of a huge deal.

Riot, please fix this. :/
